The XeroMem IRC Network is pleased to announce the upgrade from UnrealIRCd 6.1.7 to UnrealIRCd 6.1.8.  This 'minor step' version update brings more improvements to the way the IRCd handles automatic logging for custom-set/configured vhosts (at the configuration level, not via HostServ), improves on the ASN support previously added, and incorporates some updates on the way the Network Administrators control the network.

The improved backend management allows us to:

1. Easily manage and update core functionality of the network
2. Improve and correct issues we were experiencing with our SSL Certificate - We're not using LetsEncrypt Signed Certificates on the network!
3. Implement new tools related to drones to faster identify when drones are connecting to the network
4. Incorporate a centralized method of managing our MOTDs

This, and much more, has been updated and implemented on the network as we continue to improve.
